Checklist Travel – First Aid Kit

Whether you’re going on a big adventure or a short getaway, things can always happen. It might be a harmless little virus, or maybe you trip over an unnoticed rock and end up with a nasty wound — in moments like these, it’s incredibly useful to have your own first aid kit at hand.

Often, you don’t need a doctor right away, or you’d rather wait and see. Even something like jet lag can make you feel miserable, and that’s when some basic medications come in handy.

This is the checklist I use to put together my first aid kit for long-distance travel. I also bring the same compact kit on shorter trips. Honestly, I end up using something from it on every trip!
